Maintenance agreement with Enel Produzione SpA 

Since 2012, DURAG Italy has been responsible for the maintenance of two TRX mercury analyzers installed on two boilers fired with coal and municipal waste. Most recently, the agreement covered a maintenance period of three years with four visits per year, including consumables. 

Maintenance of the devices is carried out on site at the power plant. Special assignments and emergency services can be carried out within a short time frame. For the energy utility, there is currently no question of switching supplier: to date, the devices installed in 2010 have encountered no problems at all, and the customer is more than satisfied with both the product and the service provided by our Italian subsidiary.
