Video and thermography system for grate firing
Video and thermography system for grate fired furnaces for monitoring the out burning zone on the grate. Used for automated combustion control and to optimize SNCR injection, saving costs and reducing wear.
Furnace cameras
Furnace cameras with air or water cooling for visualization of the out burning zone and the combustion on the grate. As fixed istallation or optional with retraction unit.
High energy ignition devices
High-energy ignition devices for reliable ignition of the start-up or support firing during the combustion of gaseous and liquid fuels.
Ignition and pilot burners
Ignition and auxiliary firing for gaseous and liquid fuels up to a single burner output of 10 MW. Customized special solutions offer a high degree of flexibility with the usual high quality and reliability.
Optical compact flame monitors
Selective optical compact flame monitors for all gaseous, liquid and dusty fuels. The flame monitors are available in various housings and Ex versions as well as with fiber optics for special applications.
Microwave Plasma Igniter
Fuel-free ignition system with plasma beam (ionized gas volume) and high ignition potential.
D-EMS 2020
Environmental and process data management systems from the DURAG GROUP are used for the continuous collection, long-term storage, calculation and visualization of environmental and process data.
Dust and opacity monitors
Dust monitors from the DURAG GROUP determine the dust concentration in dry and humid flue gases reliably, accurately and continuously. The illustration shows a D-R 290, which uses the transmission measuring principle.
Volume flow measurement systems
Volume flow measuring systems from the DURAG GROUP ensure reliable and continuous volume flow measurement even under difficult plant conditions. The illustration shows a D-FL 100, which uses the differential pressure principle.
Total mercury analyzer
Energy-efficient, robust total mercury analyzer for continuous process and emission monitoring. With option for separate determination of elemental and oxidized mercury species. Pictured is an HM-1400 TRX2, which uses the absorption measuring principle.
Environmental dust monitors
PM measuring systems from the DURAG GROUP precisely and reliably measure the particle number size distribution of dust and ultrafine airborne particles. They are suitable for mobile and stationary measurements.
Multi-Gas Analyzer
Certified and fully pre-calibrated multi-component gas analyzer LaserCEM for CEMS applications. Designed for medium to higher gas concentrations.
Filter monitor
Filter monitors from the DURAG GROUP monitor the efficiency and function of filters and filter systems by qualitatively measuring the dust concentration in dry process and exhaust gases. Pictured are the two product variants D-FW 231 and D-FW 240.
