D-FL 100
Differential Pressure Flue Gas Flow Monitor
The D‑FL 100 is a differential pressure flue gas flow measuring system designed for continuous in-situ measurement of gas velocity, volume flow and temperature in industrial stacks and ducts. Its flexible single-sided or double-sided installation concept and application-specific probe design ensure reliable flow measurement in hot, aggressive and challenging process environments. Certified for regulatory emissions monitoring, the system is suitable for flue gas temperatures up to 850 °C and is also available in versions for hazardous area applications.
Technology: Differential pressure principle (Averaging Pitot)
Benefits
- Suitable for regulatory emission monitoring
The D‑FL 100 continuously measures flue gas velocity, volume flow and temperature, providing the process data required for compliant emissions monitoring. Combined with gas and particulate analyzers, it enables accurate mass emissions calculations and environmental reporting. - Flexible single-sided or double-sided installation
The D‑FL 100 can be configured for either cost-effective single-sided installation or double-sided installation across the full duct diameter. This flexibility simplifies installation and allows adaptation to virtually any stack or duct configuration. - Designed for hot and demanding process conditions
Based on the proven differential pressure measuring principle, the D‑FL 100 delivers reliable flow measurement in challenging industrial applications. Optional probe versions allow operation in flue gas temperatures up to 850 °C. - Application-specific probe design for optimum performance
The measuring probe can be individually adapted to the application, providing a tailored solution for different duct diameters, gas conditions and installation requirements. This ensures reliable operation across a wide range of industrial processes. - Reliable operation in aggressive flue gases
Robust probe materials are available for use in aggressive process gases and harsh operating environments. The system is designed for long-term reliability in applications where standard flow measuring technologies may be challenged. - Reduced maintenance and high operational availability
An integrated automatic self-test continuously verifies system performance, while the optional automatic back-purging unit helps prevent contamination of the measuring probe. This minimizes maintenance requirements and maximizes system availability. - Suitable for hazardous area applications
Optional versions are available for installation in potentially explosive atmospheres, extending the range of applications beyond conventional emissions monitoring installations
